Honoring the Matriarch through the Womb

What is a doula and why should I hire one?

A Doula is someone who supports pregnant people during pregnancy, labor and birth, and post-partum.  A Doula is a trained and experienced pregnancy and birth support professional. Their job is to support the pregnant person by providing education, physical and emotional comfort.

31% decrease in the use of Pitocin

The key to labor is that happy, happy hormone, oxytocin! Pitocin is the artificial version of this naturally occuring hormone, and if labor isn't progressing, it's great! However, there are SO MANY ways to get that happy lovey hormone flowing naturally, and your doula knows A LOT!

34% decrease in the risk of being dissatisfied with the birth experience (Res: Evidence Based Birth)

A doula helps you through your choices through labor and helps you process your birth experience once you are home. Even if your birth doesn't go exactly as you had planned, your doula will remind you that you made the right choices for you and your baby, allowing you to have peace with your birth.

About Me

A sanctuary for womb-centered healing, sacred birthwork, and ancestral restoration.

My name is Le’Cole – The Womb Oracle, and I am a certified doula (BCD), Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, energy worker, and ASL-accessible birthworker. Guided by spirit, lineage, and intuition, I offer holistic support to women of melanin and their families in San Antonio and surrounding areas. My path has led me to embrace the sacred calling of whole-body wellness, offering care that addresses not only the physical but also the emotional, energetic, and spiritual dimensions of being.

Like the branches of a deeply rooted tree, I’ve been called in many directions—each branch an offering of healing, knowledge, and empowerment. Through Matriwomb, I provide integrative care rooted in ancient wisdom, modern knowledge, and a fierce devotion to the wellbeing of the Divine Feminine.(and divine masculine when necessary)

My Approach to Birthwork

I approach birth as a sacred and holistic experience—one that involves far more than physical support. I offer personalized care that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. My presence is grounded in compassion, deep listening, and a commitment to ensuring that you and your family feel empowered, respected, and informed every step of the way. Whether it's providing evidence-based information, emotional reassurance, or hands-on support during labor, my role is to help you navigate this transformative journey with confidence and clarity.

ASL Doula Services

In addition to my work as a birth and postpartum doula, I am a certified sign language doula fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). With professional experience as an ASL interpreter in both Plano ISD and Georgia ISD, I bring culturally competent and linguistically accessible support to Deaf and Hard of Hearing families. If you or a member of your birth team communicates using ASL, I may be the right match to support your birth with inclusivity, sensitivity, and care.

The Heart of My Practice: Matriwomb

At the center of my work is Matriwomb a sacred space for womb-centered healing, ancestral remembrance, and spiritual restoration. Through traditional practices, holistic care, and reverence for the divine feminine, I support women and birthing people in reconnecting with the ancient wisdom carried in their bodies.
